i am the founder and owner of fierce + fit training. i began this space with one thought in mind—help women get better every day and show up as their best possible selves in their lives. Over the years I have witnessed and experienced the struggles we face to show up for ourselves. i’ve seen how culture has shaped fitness as either punishment or social currency to be earned by the number on a scale. when in reality, fitness is a privilege and a lifeline to all areas of our wellbeing. strong mental health starts with a strong body. strong mothers and wives start as strong independent women. strong communities start with women who choose to show up, even on the hard days.
